Celebrating Canada day

We decided to walk late in the morning, around 10.00am...walk, walk, walk,




We saw variety of fresh vegetables.

We saw flowers, kakulay ng sweater ni Lulu, at maraming kakulay, pati bakod, pati
mga construction workers.. she's so proud of it. And Wild flowers are also beautiful,
kasing ganda ni Tisay, na magandang bata sa PES aba!

Nasa isa kaming Community Park and celebrating Canada Day, free Ice cream, drinks,
hamburger, hot dog, but you have to registered first. mahaba ang
pila kaya, bottled water na lamang ang ininom namin.

Mga kapatid at mga kababayan, meron akong ikukuwento sa inyo...maikli lamang
na sana ay kapulutan ninyo ng aral at kaalaman. I was ill person, 2 & half year
ago. But I am back to normal again (I guess). My sleeping is much getting better (with the
use of CPAP), my allergy is gone (never experience in almost 2 years). My blood pressure is now normal again, colesterol, blood sugar
is now getting under control. And you can see in me, seems happy forever, di baga?
What's happening to me right now..."Miracle", not because of money or material thing, but because it all
started in the heart, my heart and slowly I can see light and hope.

At my age of 55 years old, I thought exercising is impossible for me to do. I've been
doing this for almost 3 months now and I feel stronger, feel confident to myself.
What I am trying to say ay, kung ang doctor ninyo ay ang advise ay exercise gawa ng lumalaki
na ang inyong tiyan, take that advise for consideration. Ang sa aking ay tama lamang na
tayo ay mag exercise para labanan and germs and deceases sa ating katawan. Pag hindi mo
nilabanan ay unti,unti, dahan, dahan kang manghihina....Laban mga kapatid bata pa tayo, hani
