To assist the Editorial Board in planning and allocating the number of pages for each section of the book, we would like to invite those planning to subscribe to fill up the Survey and Pledge Form. Kindly indicate the total pages you want to subscribe and indicate the corresponding pages for each section.

Those who will submit the survey and pledge form will be considered “early respondents” and will be given priority when the “First Come – First Served” method is implemented. However, if the number of pages available is about to be filled up, they will be notified to submit their materials or else the chance to publish will be given to the next respondent/s who submitted their materials. Summary of Pledges will be updated periodically to show the Names of Pledgors and the Number of Pages Pledged.
